Manhattan University Athletic Hall of Fame
Patrick Duff was one of the first standouts of the baseball program. A four-year member from 1901-04, he served as catcher for two of the best Manhattan outfits in program history. In 1904, he served as a team captain and helped lead the Jaspers to a 32-4 record, after helping the Jaspers to an 18-2 mark in 1903. Duff routinely batted in the clean-up spot throughout most of his career. Following his time at Manhattan, Duff would go on to play one game in the Major Leagues for the Washington Senators in 1906.
