Ed Lawson finished his career the Jaspers' all-time leader in assists (447) and continues to hold the record at the time of his induction. He also finished his career with 201 steals, which ranked second in the program at the time of his induction, while also cracking the program's 1,000-point barrier. Following his playing career, he founded and serves on the board of Fathers Incorporated, a non-profit organization that promotes Responsible Fatherhood.
