Manhattan University Athletic Hall of Fame
Bob Kelly was a standout performer for the men's basketball program, and the Jasper in program history to eclipse the 1,000-point plateau. Kelly finished with 1,230 points in an impressive four-year career (1945-49), that saw the Manhattan go 68-35 with a pair of postseason appearances. In the classroom, was a member of the Pen & Sword and Guard of Honor societies. Following graduation, he played professionally for the Scranton Miners and Rochester Royals. Kelly would then serve as the Head Coach at Saint Peter's from 1977-79.
