Riverdale, NY – Winners of three-straight, Manhattan (9-3-1; 5-0-1 MAAC) hosts defending MAAC Champion Rider (8-5-0; 5-2-0 MAAC) on Senior Day, Saturday, October 17 at 1:00 pm. The Jaspers will be looking to clinch their first MAAC playoff berth (not counting Disney appearances) since 1998. Senior Kristen Skonieczny recently sat down with the Jasper Sports Network (JSN) in the Marro Broadcast Studio to preview this weekend's match.
Senior Day
Seniors Colleen Kavanagh, Tiffanie McIntosh, Taylor Salkowsky, Skonieczny, Emily Ude and Sam Washuk will all be honored by the program for their time in Riverdale in a pregame ceremony prior to the Rider match.
Quinnipiac Recap* Manhattan defeated the Bobcats 1-0 on junior Erica Modena's team-leading 10th goal.

Lizzy Carlson set up Modena with her third assist of the year.
* Both Modena & Carlson lead the MAAC with four game-winning goals with Carlson also seeing two of her assists result in game-winners.
Skonieczny Rewriting The Record Books* Against Quinnipiac, Skonieczny (8-2-1) matched the school record for wins (8) while also setting a standard for shutouts (7) in a season.
* She also equaled the Jaspers' career mark with her 22nd victory to go along with her 15th career shutout, which is one off the school record.
* On the year, she leads the MAAC and ranks third nationally with a .923 save percentage and fifth with a 0.37 GAA.
Modena Keeps RollingModena is third in the MAAC and 21st nationally with 10 goals.
Carlson, Skonieczny, Copping Sweep The MAAC AwardsCarlson (Player), Skonieczny (Defensive Player) and freshman Nicole Copping (Rookie) swept this week's MAAC Weekly honors after posting dominating performances in wins at Niagara and against Saint Peter's.
* Carlson notched single scores against both Niagara & Saint Peter's, with each strike ending up as the game-winner.
* Skonieczny recorded her second MAAC honor of the season and the fourth of her career after going 2-0 with a pair of shutout victories, making five saves each time out.
* Copping finished with a team-leading six points (1 goal, 4 assists), highlighted by the game-winning assist against the Purple Eagles.Copping Among the League LeadersThanks to her four-assist performance last week, Copping is currently second in the MAAC and 41st nationally with six assists.
Interesting* Manhattan's 16 points in MAAC play are tied with the 1998 squad for the most in school history.
* The Jaspers' five MAAC wins also match the '03, '01 and '98 teams for the most in school history.
* All nine of Manhattan's victories have come via shutout.
* The Jaspers are currently the lone remaining MAAC team without a loss and are ranked 136th in the NCAA RPI Rankings.
Manhattan-Rider Notes
* Rider has won each of the last four meetings with the team dating back to the 2010 season, including three-straight at Gaelic Park.
* Last year, the Broncs posted a 3-1 win with Carlson notching the lone Manhattan goal.
* Two years ago, reigning MAAC Player of the Year Tara Ballay scored both Rider goals in a 2-1 victory.
* The series between the teams is nodded up at 8-8-3 with the Broncs holding a slim 4-3-2 advantage when meeting in Riverdale.
