2008 Academic All-District Women's Soccer Team
RIVERDALE, N.Y. ? Junior midfielder Courtney McMahon was named to ESPN the Magazine Women's Soccer Academic All-District I Third Team announced today by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). A total of seven student-athletes from the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference received this prestigious honor.
McMahon, a native of Bethel, Conn., is leading the Lady Jaspers this season with eight points, including three goals and two assists. On Oct. 10, McMahon became the program's all-time leader in assists notching the 19th of her career. The co-captain has started all 16 games this season.
The ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District Teams are selected annually by voting members of CoSIDA.
