Scholastic/Personal
Justin Keszthelyi is from Queens, NY. He is the son of Peter and Dina Keszthelyi and has a sister, Madison Keszthelyi. He attended Archbishop Molloy High School where he played junior varsity and varsity baseball for 4 years as a pitcher. Justin was awarded the Coach’s Award in his junior and senior years and earned 2 varsity letters on the baseball team. His baseball team won the Catholic AA- Brooklyn/Queens Baseball Championships in 2019. He was also inducted into the National Honor Society and is a Presidential Scholarship recipient at Manhattan College. He is in the class of 2023 and is majoring in Mechanical Engineering. His aspirations are in the automotive or aeronautical industries with entrepreneurial ambitions. Justin was attracted to Manhattan College since it was close to home, had a small, family-oriented feel, and was a prime location for jobs. His local news coverage can be found in the Queens Tribune or Bayside Times. Justin took action in his surrounding community as a tutor for three years in high school (Algebra I, Physics I, and Trigonometry) from 2017 to 2019. He also helped assist in an afterschool arts and crafts program at the Riverdale branch of the NYPL in 2019. He is currently tutoring high school students at St. Catherine’s Academy in the Bronx, NY.
