Jack Bellew is from Pearl River, New York. He is the son of John and Eileen Bellew. He has one brother, Kieran Bellew, and two sisters, Katreana Bellow and Brielle Bellow who attends Penn State University. Jack attended Pearl River High School where he played basketball for 4 years and earned two varsity letters. He also played tennis for two years and earned two varsity letters. Jack is in the class of 2023 majoring in Civil Engineering. He was attracted to Manhattan College for its generosity in scholarships and the selection of surrounding deli’s. His father, John Bellew, graduated Manhattan College in the class of 1989. His uncle, Bill Voigt, graduated Manhattan in 1990 and his cousin, Caroline Voigt, is currently in the class of 2022. Jack’s local new coverage can be found in the Hudson Valley News 12. His hobby outside of rowing is intramural basketball and he hopes to win an intramural basketball championship.
