Heather Vulin is pleased to announce the additions of

Dodson, who comes to Riverdale after spending two years at fellow DI institution Towson University, where she established herself as a threat down low and will look to slot into the Jaspers rotation immediately. In her final year at Towson, the Baton Rouge, La. native made an appearance in all 32 of the Tiger's contests, pulling down 90 total boards, including securing 11 rebounds against Millersville. Dodson also contributed defensively with 16 blocks and seven steals.
"Narrie has elite athleticism, and her versatility to play the wing or forward spot will make an immediate impact for us."
Ruiz Garcia comes to Manhattan through NAIA member University of Northwestern Ohio. While at UNOH, the Barcelona, Spain native was a productive player for the Racers, appearing in most of the team's contests last year.
"Gemma has great size and strength down on the low block. We think she compliments our forwards and will help us continue our tradition of strong post-play."
