ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference has announced its 2025 Preseason All-MAAC Teams, with Manhattan's senior guard Brianna Davis landing on the Preseason All-MAAC Third Team, per release on Tuesday morning.
"We all feel Brianna Davis put the work in to have an incredible senior year," says head coach Heather Vulin.
"We are excited for her recognition to be on a preseason All-MAAC team. Her nickname is 'Bri Buckets' for her electric scoring ability, but we also feel she has the opportunity to be one of the most dynamic two-way players in this league."
In her first season donning the Green and White, the Queens College transfer appeared in 27 games, while posting two starts against Fordham and Vermont, totaling 205 points, and averaging 7.6 points per game.
Throughout her first season in Riverdale, the Bronx native converted 41.8 percent from the field, while tallying 50 free throws in 65 attempts. Additionally, Davis corralled 60 rebounds, while swatting away six blocks on the defensive end.
In the 2025 MAAC Preseason Women's Basketball Coaches' Poll, Manhattan was selected to finish seventh out of 13 teams.
