RIVERDALE, NY – The Manhattan College women's basketball team will make two appearances on ESPN3 this season as a part of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) broadcast package. Manhattan's home game against Rider on Jan. 5, as well as the Jaspers' contest at Monmouth on Feb. 16, will be featured. Both matchups will tip-off at 5 p.m.
This marks the second straight season in which at least one Manhattan home game will be broadcast. Last season, Amani Tatum (Cambria Heights, NY) had 16 points and 11 steals, one shy of the program and conference single-game record, in a 63-47 victory over Saint Peter's that was shown nationwide on ESPN3.
Manhattan may make additional appearances on ESPN3 during the regular season, with those dates to be announced. In addition, the semifinals of the MAAC Tournament on March 5 can be seen on ESPN3, while the MAAC Championship Game on March 6 will air on ESPNU.
