Liotta Named to MAAC WLAX Preseason Team

EDISON, N.J. - Manhattan graduate student Andrea Liotta was named to the 2024 Metropolitan Athletic Association Conference (MAAC) Women's Lacrosse Preseason Team, announced today by the league office.
 
Liotta, a native of Glenwood Landing, N.Y.,  is a defender for the Jaspers. A former MAAC Defensive Player of the Year, and Unanimous First Team All-MAAC selection in 2023, she started all 16 games a year ago. She recorded 74 draw controls, 34 groundballs, and 21 caused turnovers.
 
The Jaspers were picked to finish eighth overall as a team with Fairfield voted to win the title.
