Kelly DuPree and
Liam McDonough have picked up MAAC Weekly Awards. DuPree was named Offensive Player of the Week, and McDonough was named Faceoff Player of the Week.
It is McDonough's second faceoff player of the week honor this season and DuPree's first career MAAC weekly honor.
DuPree had four goals and one assist in the Jaspers' 14-9 win over Canisius on Saturday. The four goals and five points were a single-game career-high for the sophomore. Three of the Corning, N.Y. native's goals came after halftime.
McDonough won 14 faceoffs, collected 10 groundballs, and added an assist in the win on Saturday. The 14 wins are a season-best for the graduate student. The 10 groundballs are also a season-best for McDonough.
The Jaspers return to action on Wednesday at Quinnipiac at 3 p.m.
