Foxborough, MA -
Senior defender Francois Dulysse (Greenacres, FL / UCF) was drafted by the New England Revolution in the second round with the 51st overall pick in the Major League Soccer (MLS) SuperDraft 2021.

With his selection, Dulysse becomes the first-ever Jasper to be drafted by the MLS.

In December, he inked his first professional contract with the New England Revolution II ahead of the 2021 USL League One season.

"To see Franky become the first ever MLS Draft pick in the program's history is a very proud moment for everyone associated with the Jasper program," said Head Coach Jorden Scott. "He is not only a great player but an incredibly hard working and humble man and New England could not have selected a better person to set this benchmark for the generations to come. We look forward to supporting him throughout his career and feel very privileged to have had him with us over the last few years."

Dulysse spent the past two seasons at Manhattan and over his three seasons of collegiate play, appeared in 30 games. In 2019, he helped the Jaspers to a MAAC Tournament berth after playing in over 1,100 minutes in 15 games.

He has also featured internationally at the U-20 level for Haiti and is currently in the U-23 Haitian Olympic Team player pool.
