Edison, NJ - Three Jaspers were selected to the 2019-20 MAAC Men's Golf All-Academic Team, the conference announced on Friday.
Senior Preston Shortell (Oxford, CT / Holy Cross), junior Brendan Leslie (Ridgefield, CT / Ridgefield) and sophomore Sam Taraian (Rehoboth, MA / Dighton-Rehoboth Regional) were named to the MAAC All-Academic team.
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
Both Shortell and Taraian won individual titles during a successful season for Manhattan prior to the stoppage of spring competition on March 13.
