Field Set For 2017 MAAC Baseball Championship

Edison, NJ - Seeding for the 2017 MAAC LifeStorage Baseball Championship was announced following the conclusion of regular season. Manhattan will be the No. 5 seed and will face No. 4 seed Iona on Wednesday, May 24 at 3:30 pm. 

The championship will take place at Sal Maglie Stadium in Niagara Falls, NY and is co-hosted by Canisius College and Niagara University. 

Fairfield, which captured the MAAC Regular Season Championship for the second-straight year, will be the top seed in the six-team double-elimination tournament that will run from May 24-27.

Also qualifying for the tournament was No. 2 Marist, No. 3 Canisius and No. 6 Rider.
