ELMIRA, N.Y. - Manhattan College's Christian Santisteban and Chris Kalousdian were selected to participate in the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League's (PGCBL) All-Star Game on Tuesday, July 15.
Santisteban and Kalousdian have put up excellent numbers in the NCAA sanctioned, wood bat league while teaming up on the Elmira Pioneers. Santisteban owns a .330 batting average with three home runs, 10 doubles and a league-leading 31 runs batted in. Meanwhile, Kalousdian is hitting .331 with 16 stolen bases in 18 tries. He has also slugged a pair of home runs.
Kalousdian, a rising senior, will play in the PGCBL All-Star Game for the second consecutive season. A rising junior, Santisteban will participate in the All-Star Game for the first time.
