- Two makes from the stripe for Farrés Garcia gave Manhattan their first double digit lead on the afternoon, part of nine unanswered from the hosts.
- Saint Peter's was held to one made field goal in the final 6:30 of the first half, as the Jaspers increased their margin to 13 by the halftime break.
- An 11-2 run out of the locker room put the Peacock's back to within six midway through the third quarter.
- Farrés Garcia converted on three field goals for eight points in the third, stretching out the lead to 16 by the end of the frame.
- Davis and Solé Sanchez hit back-to-back three pointers roughly 35 seconds apart, turning a 14 point edge into 20 by the 6:41 mark.
