QUOTES FROM THE JASPERS
Head Coach Todd Witzleben: "We were shorthanded today, without our top runner on the men's side and our first and third runners on the women's side due to injury and illness. Both teams fought hard and placed 10th in the conference. Bailee Christofis had a career best performance to lead the women, placing 12th to earn her first All-Conference honors after finishing 50th at this meet last year."
"On the men's side, we went out too conservatively but closed well. Brody Cox led the way in 40th, up from 82nd a year ago. Both of our teams are very young and today showed how much growth has occurred in just one year. We're excited to keep progressing from here for the NCAA Regionals in two weeks and then into the track season."
