Riverdale, NY—This semester, we are happy to introduce Club Soccer as the university's sixth club sport. With the change to university status in September comes a large pool of international students. Soccer continues to be the nation's #1 sport, and offering it at a club level will give more students the opportunity to compete in a sport they love.Â
This will be the school's first club sport in which we have a varsity team. In addition to soccer, the Recreation office offers Flag Football, Ultimate Frisbee, Rowing, Tennis, and Esports. For more information on these clubs, please visit the club sports page.
Club Soccer will start on Friday, January, 24th, and go until Friday, April, 25th. The team will meet every Friday from 7:30-9:30 at Gaelic Park.Â
