PRINCETON, N.J. - The Manhattan College track & field teams completed day 1 of action at the Larry Ellis Invitational held on the campus of Princeton University.

On the women's side,
Martina Martinez registered a time of 1:05.64 out of lane 7 in the first heat to place eighth overall.
Thea Bakken recorded a time of 1:00.28 in the 400 meters.

Kristin Stickdorn tallied a mark of 43.05 (141-3) in the women's discus throw.

For the men,
Ivan Lytovchenko captured first place in the men's high jump with a leap of 204 (6-8.25) for a new season-best.

Darion Lopez clocked a time of 21:48 in lane 5 of the second heat to record a sixth-place showing, and registered a time of 49.31 in the 400 meters.
Travis Delaney raced to a time of 1:56.04 in the 800-meter run.Â
