Carrera Chasing Olympic Dreams

Staten Island, NY - Rising senior Marc Carrera (Staten Island, NY / St. Peter's) was profiled by the Staten Island Advance as he attempts to qualify for the Puerto Rican National Team.

Carrera recently clocked a time of 3:51.0 (the equivalent of a 4:06 mile!) in the 1500 meters at the MAAC Championships in finishing third.
