Williams, Moore Earn All-MAAC Honors

Edison, NJ - Junior Annie Moore (Northridge, CA / El Camino Real) was tabbed as an All-MAAC First Team honoree, while graduate student Nicole Williams (Ansonia, CT / St. Joseph's) earned All-MAAC Second Team recognition as announced by the conference office via twitter.

All-MAAC First Team: Annie Moore
* Moore is batting a team-best .326 (29-of-89) with 14 runs, three doubles, three home runs and 12 RBI.

All-MAAC Second Team: Nicole Williams
* Is 8-2 (4th MAAC) with 68 strikeouts (5th MAAC) and a 2.13 ERA (5th MAAC) over 72.1 innings, while ranking second in the MAAC and 51st nationally by yielding just 4.7 hits per game.

Additionally, yesterday 14 of Manhattan's 15 eligible student-athletes were cited as MAAC All-Academic Team honorees. Click HERE for that release.

The Jaspers will being their pursuit of a MAAC Championship on Saturday, March 8 at No. 3 Iona, with first pitch tabbed for 12:00 pm.
