Dee Dee Davis (Bronx, NY / Truman) and senior
Courtney Warley (West Chester, PA / Bishop Shanahan) were each tabbed to the All-MAAC Second Team, as voted upon by the league's 11 head coaches.
Davis bounced back from injury in a back way this past season, and led Manhattan in scoring, ranking seventh in the MAAC with 12.9 points per game while also ranking 11th in three-point percentage (.330) and 12th in free throw percentage (.717).
She notched double-figures in scoring a team-best 14 times, highlighted by scoring a season-best 19 points in wins at Monmouth and against Iona.
Warley, who becomes the sixth Jasper to earn three All-MAAC honors for her career, continued her dominant play this past season, averaging a double-double with 11.3 points (13th MAAC) and 10.6 rebounds (2nd MAAC) per game. She also ranked among the league leaders in steals (2.2 bpg-6th) and blocks (1.0 bpg-9th).
She also ranked second in the MAAC with six double-doubles and 10 double-digit rebounds performances.
Manhattan will open 2021 Hercules MAAC Women's Basketball Championship against No. 4 Fairfield on Thursday, March 11 at 2:30 pm.
