Basketball Ireland All Stars were voted for by the head coaches of every team in each of the four Basketball Ireland National League divisions: Men's Super League, Women's Super League, Men's Division One, and Women's Division One. Coaches were given a shortlist of players that were named Players of the Month throughout the season, and were also given a wildcard vote in each category.
The
Sport Changes Life organization aims to raise the aspirations of young people through sporting excellence, vocational and academic achievement, and personal development. Each year, new Victory Scholars are selected to help change the lives of young people and enable them to develop a global perspective and build life-long friendships with people and communities throughout Ireland. While playing basketball through the
Victory Scholar program, Parahus is also pursuing a graduate degree in sports performance at Carlow Institute of Technology, located approximately an hour and a half southwest of Dublin.
