Riverdale, NY - The Manhattan Men's Soccer program will celebrate its 50th anniversary of operations with multiple events on Saturday, September 30th.
The festivities kick off with the annual Alumni Game at Gaelic Park late in the morning. Afterwards, the team plays its MAAC home opener against Marist at 2:00 pm. Each member of the program in attendance, past and present, will be honored at halftime. The celebration concludes with a banquet to commemorate the program later in the evening.
Among the over 150 guests planning to attend include the team's four Manhattan Athletics Hall of Fame members: newly-inducted Robert Schimpf '72, Thomas Lindgren '78, Bo Kucyna '81 and Luis Custodio '82.
