Catherine Conway

Conway enters her first season with the Jaspers and will work with both the defense and goalkeeping units. She comes to Riverdale after a successful four year career as a midfielder and goalie for Boston College.

During her time with the Eagles, Conway played 39 games in net finishing with a career save percentage of .367 and an 11.09 Goals Against Average (GAA). The 2012 graduate had her best season as a senior with a .392 save percentage and a career best 10.20 GAA in helping BC to a 10-8 record. She was also awarded the Red Bandana #19 Award, in honor of 1999 BC grad Welles Crowther who passed in the 9/11 terror attacks and is given to the student-athlete that shows both selflessness and sacrifice.

In high school, Conway was a first team Dual County and EMASS All-Star for Acton-Boxborough High School in Massachusetts. A member of the Lower New England Team Two at the US Lacrosse National Tournament, she has served as a coach with the Lady Laxachusetts club in Boston, Mass. and TopSide Lacrosse out of New Rochelle, N.Y. as well as a Special Olympics soccer coach.
