Sean Reilly enters his fourth season as an assistant coach for the Manhattan Men's Soccer program in 2020.

In 2019, the Jaspers qualified for the MAAC Tournament for the second time in three years, while Adrien Awana collected All-MAAC First Team honors and Berti Fourrier garnered Second Team accolades.

In his first year in 2018, Reilly and the staff guided Manhattan to a program-record 12 wins, breaking records with nine shutouts, 12 goals allowed and an .875 non-conference winning percentage. During the season, the Kelly Green and White upset its first-ranked opponent in program history with a win over No. 25 Fordham on September 18. The United Soccer Coaches ranked the Jaspers in the top 10 in its East Region Poll for seven weeks, including a third-place showing. Manhattan received votes in the USC Top 25 National Poll, while College Soccer News had the Jaspers 30th in the nation for the week ending September 23.

Reilly has been heavily involved in soccer in the high school, club, collegiate and professional ranks. He most recently served as a trainer and youth coach for the New York Red Bulls in 2017, where he groomed players at Regional Development schools. In addition, he also served as an assistant coach for the Concordia College women's soccer team.

In 2016, Reilly played professional soccer for the Rochester Rhinos in the USL. As a midfielder, he appeared in eight games, tallying a goal on five shots. In the fall, he was an assistant coach for the Brockport University men's soccer team.

Before his coaching stints in college, Reilly spent time coaching at the Primo Sports Center, Ethical Culture Fieldston School, GB Soccer and the Ramapo Valley Soccer Club.

Reilly began his collegiate soccer at Bryant University before transferring to St. Thomas Aquinas College. He graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas with a Bachelor's degree in sports management. After his time in college, Reilly pursued professional soccer in Ireland, suiting up for Finn Harps and Institute FC.
