From 2007 to 2010, O’Leary was the Director of Goalkeeping at the Soccer Domain Academy in Montclair, N.J. While his coaching career began in 2005, O’Leary spent five years as a professional and semi-pro player in his native England, playing at the highest level of semi-professional soccer in the country.

He also holds a UEFA ‘B’ License and an NSCAA National Goalkeeping Diploma. He graduated from Essex County College in 2010 with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.
