Lynch joined the Manhattan staff in May of 2023 as part of the first staff for John Gallagher at Manhattan. 

Lynch spent last season as a graduate assistant at UConn as a member of the National Champions' coaching staff. Lynch assisted with on-campus recruiting, academic progress, and video analysis.
 
Before spending last season with the Huskies, Lynch was the director of basketball operations at Hartford for one season.
 
Lynch played for Gallagher at Hartford from 2015-2019. When he graduated, Lynch was the only player to record 1,000 career points, 350 assists, and 150 steals. Lynch also played for Doran at Hudson Catholic from 2011-14. After playing with the Hawks, Lynch played professionally for the Bahia Basket Club in Argentina and San German/Cangrejeros Basket in Puerto Rico.
