Josh Pittman starts his first season with the Jaspers in 2022-23 as the director of basketball operations. 

Last season, Pittman was an assistant coach at Berry College (Ga.). Pittman was part of a staff that guided Berry to Southern Athletic Association Regular Season Title and a berth in the NCAA Division III Tournament. Pittman was responsible for all defensive strategy of opponents, managed and coordinated recruiting visits for recruits, on and off campus. 

Before his time at Berry, Pittman spent three seasons at Centre College (Ky.). At Centre, Pittman helped the Colonels to two Southern Athletic Association Championships and a berth in the NCAA Division III Tournament. With Pittman on staff, Centre posted a 50-12 record. 

The Kentucky native was also an assistant coach at Trevecca Nazarene University (Tenn.) and Indiana University Southeast. 

Pittman graduated from the University of Louisville with a B.S. Health and Sports Science.
