Jeremiah Aska joined the Jaspers' staff as the director of player personnel for the 2022-23 season. 

Aska played collegiately at the University of Hartford where he was an America East Academic Honor honoree. Aska graduated from Hartford with a B.S. Sociology. 

The product of St. Raymond High School for Boys pursued a career playing overseas before shifting to training younger players. Aska has trained players who went on to play at Arkansas Little Rock, Canisius, Coppin State (Md.), FIU, Fordham, Gardner Webb (N.C.), Iona, Iowa, Kansas State, Kennesaw State (Ga.), Lincoln University (Ky.), Marquette, Minnesota, Missouri, Morehead State (Ky.), Niagara, Portland State (Ore.), Quinnipiac, Siena, Temple, UConn, Utah State, Vermont, Weber State (Id.), Wichita State (Kan.). 

Aska has also trained players that have played professionally in Europe, Mexico and have been signed to the Boston Celtics, and Utah Jazz sumer league teams.
