CANTON, MA – The Manhattan Jaspers Women's Golf program took part in the Red Bandanna Invitational, hosted by the Eagles of Boston College on Monday and Tuesday mornings.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Green and White opened its second invite of the year with Lara Dommach pacing the team with a pair of birdies on the back nine, after sinking par for all but one hole on the front nine in the first round.
- Later in the first round, Leonie Krausse accelerated her game with a birdie on the 16th green after sinking par on six of the nine on the front nine in her first Red Bandanna Invitational appearance.
- In the second round, Krausse built on her exceptional first round, landing par on five of the first six holes before capturing a pair of birdies on the 12th and 15th.
- Junior Maddison Long bounced back on the latter stages of the front nine, with five of the final six, and seven of the first eight sinking par in the second round.
- On the second day and third round, Lara Dommach landed eagle on the ninth hole, after sinking her first birdie of the day on eight.
- Down the stretch, Krausse, Long, and Factor all tallied at least one par in the third round.

The Jaspers are back in action for the Autumn Harvest, hosted by Lehigh University, on Monday and Tuesday, September 28 and 29, at Architects Golf Club in Lopatcong, NJ.
