Riverdale, NY — Manhattan Basketball is pleased to announce the addition of freshman forward Marko Ljubicic, head coach John Gallagher announced on Tuesday morning. Ljubicic is a 6-10 forward who hails from Zagreb, Croatia.
Ljubicic is a product of KK Cedevita Junior, which competes in HT Premijer liga, the top professional league in Croatia. The club has hoisted 7 Croatian Cups, 5 Croatian Championships, and 3 Croatian Supercups making them one of Croatia's most decorated clubs.
"Marko brings dimension we need in size and versatility," Gallagher said. "His skill is unique because he can play inside and out but his strongest quality is defending both the perimeter and paint."

"We are very excited about his future," Gallagher added. "As he continues to develop, we'll see great strides in him over thhe next couple of months."
