Swimming & Diving Closes ECAC Championships

ANNAPOLIS, MD. – The Manhattan men's and women's swimming and diving teams wrapped up the ECAC Championships on Sunday. 

The women's team amassed 140 points and landed themselves in 13th place. While the men's team ended with a final score of 52, in 15th place.

For the women's team, Sarah Hamilton secured a first-place victory in the 50y freestyle with an impressive time of 25.88. 

Louis Quinn placed second in the 100y freestyles with a time of 52.67. The junior then placed third in the 50y freestyle (24.02). Dom Desposito continued the trend with a second-place finish in the 100y backstroke (54.68).  

On the women's side the relays, Manhattan finished 9th in the 400y free relay (3:34.56). For the men, the Jaspers finished 12th in the 400y freestyle relay (3:22.16) and 12th in the 400y medley relay (3:34.70).
