Women's Basketball Pauses Team Activities

Riverdale, NY - Manhattan women's basketball has entered a pause for all team activities following a positive COVID-19 test result among one of the team's Tier One group, which consists of student-athletes, coaches and support staff. The positive test result was provided during Manhattan Athletics' regular COVID-19 surveillance testing, which is conducted three times each week, as recommended by the NCAA basketball guidelines. 

Due to the pause in activities, the Jaspers' upcoming home non-conference contests against Fairleigh Dickinson (November 25) and Villanova (November 28) have been postponed. The basketball program is following all New York State, New York City, CDC, and College regulations to ensure the health and safety of the Manhattan College community and athletic programs.
