LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. – After helping the Manhattan College volleyball team reach the semifinals of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Tournament for the third consecutive year, Milena Janjusevic (Belgrade, Serbia) has been named to the MAAC All-Tournament Team. She tallied 30 kills, 24 digs and five blocks in the Jaspers' two postseason matches.
In Manhattan's first-round victory over Rider on Friday, Janjusevic slammed a match-high 12 kills to go along with six digs, two blocks and two service aces. She then recorded her 14th double-double of the season against Fairfield in the semifinals, finishing with 18 kills and 18 digs while also tallying three blocks.
For the tournament, she averaged a team-high 3.75 kills per set, and her 3.00 digs per set were fourth-most on the squad. Janjusevic was also third on the team with 0.62 blocks per set in the two matches.
One of five Jaspers to appear in all 127 sets this season, Janjusevic paced the squad with 384 kills. She also finished second on the team in kills per set (3.02) and third in both digs (393) and digs per set (3.09).
