The Manhattan College men's basketball program will hold its first Jasper Elite Camp on Sunday August 26, 2012 at Draddy Gymnasium.
This year's camp will help prepare each player for the collegiate level. Each camper will be taught basketball fundamentals drills from college coaches such as passing, rebounding, defense and ball handling as well leadership skills to help in a competitive environment.
The camp is tailored for young men in grades 7-12, but is open to all entrants. All campers will be grouped according to age and ability. It is recommended that each player have played a competitive year of basketball before enrolling in the camp.
In addition to the basketball instruction, each camper will be educated on all new NCAA Eligibility Standards. We as a staff want ensure that each camper is fully aware of all Eligibility Issues.
Registration for the camp is $50 and there are no extra charges. Each camper will receive an official camp T-shirt during the camp session. Cash, personal checks and money orders will be accepted at this date. Make all checks, or money orders payable to Stephen Masiello Basketball LLC.
