Riverdale, N.Y.- Manhattan College senior goalkeeper Ashley Devins was named MAAC Women's Lacrosse Co-Defensive Player of the Week, it was announced today by the conference office. This marks the first time this season Devins has been honored by the conference with a weekly award.
Devins helped lead Manhattan to a road win at Howard on Tuesday, March 13, making a season-high 15 saves to keep the Bison out of the net. The 23-9 win was the first of the season for the Lady Jaspers.
The Lady Jaspers' next scheduled game in on Thursday, March 22, when Manhattan will travel to Lewisburg, Pa. to battle the Bucknell University Bison. The game is slated to begin at 4:00 p.m.
