Dominique Bryant

Dominique Bryant enters her first season as an assistant coach with the Jaspers.  The Maryland native was previously on the staff at Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) rival Marist.

Bryant spent three seasons at Marist, helping the Red Foxes reach the 2014 NCAA Tournament and the 2015 Women’s NIT.  She was responsible for post player development, mentoring Tori Jarosz to MAAC Player of the Year honors in 2015-16.  Marist players earned 10 All-MAAC selections and two All-Metropolitan First Team nods during Bryant’s time in Poughkeepsie.

While at Marist, she also assisted in scouting reports and film breakdown, as well as overseeing the team’s community service efforts.  In addition, Bryant organized and ran Marist’s basketball camps.

A four-year letterwinner at forward for Saint Joseph’s, she served as a co-captain during both her junior and senior campaigns.  The Hawks earned a share of the Philadelphia Big 5 championship in 2009 and made back-to-back WNIT appearances in 2010-11.

Before embarking on a coaching career, Bryant was a junior accountant at Aegis, LLC defense services in McLean, VA.  She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a double major in finance and risk management from Saint Joseph’s in 2011.
