QUOTES FROM THE JASPERS

Head Coach Todd Witzleben: "The men came through the mile in a competitive position and looked to be moving forward. Unfortunately, we had a little trouble with the heat and we're just not deep enough to make up for the loss of one of our top guys. We'll add another scorer to the roster when we race IC4As in two weeks."

"The women's team had a similar situation. We were looking strong through the halfway point. Then, one of our scorers went down and we had too large of a gap back to our next runner. Mikaella's 3rd place finish in such a competitive field will help establish her as a top athlete to watch in the MAAC and across the NCAA Northeast Region. She'll be even stronger at or next meet, the ECAC Championship."

UP NEXT

The Green and White are back in action on Saturday, October 11, when the Jaspers compete in the Metropolitan Championships, hosted by NJIT in Newark at Branch Brook Park. This will be the second time in 2025 the Jaspers will run in the respective park.
