RIVERDALE, N.Y. - The Manhattan track & field teams open up spring competition this Friday and Saturday at Army West Point's Shea Stadium. The Jaspers were picked to finish in fourth place for both teams in the latest Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Outdoor Track & Field Preseason Polls.
The Jaspers will have members of both the men's and women's squads competing this weekend. Manhattan will have its first opportunity this year to run a 4x100-meter relay, in addition to its all-conference 4x400-meter relay team from indoor season taking the track.

The MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships are being hosted by Rider University, May 4-5.
