Before his time at Hartford, he served in a similar role at the University of Northern Colorado and Chicago State University.
"I am so thrilled to join the Jaspers Family in the role of Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Student-Athlete Development," said Raidbard, "I would like to sincerely thank Director of Intercollegiate Athletics,
Marianne Reilly, for entrusting me with this important role during such an exciting and transformative time for Manhattan College Athletics. I look forward to helping our student-athletes, coaches, staff, and administrators accomplish great things both on and off the field."

In addition to his sport responsibilities, he oversaw the department's streaming efforts of all home competitions, implemented official video replays for men's and women's basketball, and increased play-by-play presence for all teams.
Before he arrived in St. Augustine, Hayes served as a Sports Information Graduate Assistant at McKendree University (Ill.), where he oversaw communication efforts for baseball, men's and women's tennis, men's and women's rugby, women's bowling, and women's lacrosse. He also served as the head SID at the 2021 inaugural Great Lakes Valley Conference Women's Lacrosse Championship, hosted by McKendree. He graduated from Ithaca College in 2020 with a degree in Sports Media.
