PHILADELPHIA - Manhattan women's rowing team competed on the opening day of the 2022 Dad Vail Regatta Friday on the Schuylkill River.
The Jaspers opened the day in the women's JV 4+, led by Kerry Brosnan, and placed fourth with a time of 8:34.981. After that, the Green and White competed in the third heat of the same event, placing third with a time of 7:46.351.
Manhattan then landed in third place again with a 7:31.056 in the Heavyweight Four, led by
Katie Martone. The Green and White then placed fifth in the second heat of the same event, slowing down slightly to a 7:34.994.
The Jaspers return to action tomorrow on the second day of the Dad Vail Regatta in Philadelphia.
