Rowing Competes at Spring Metropolitan Championships

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – The Manhattan women's rowing team wrapped up the Spring Metropolitan Championships on Saturday.
 
The 2^nd Varsity 8 boat collected a third-place finish in a time of 7:55. The Varsity 8 boat came home in fourth place in 7:19.03, which was two seconds off of Iona for third.
 
The Novice 4+ boat crossed the line in a season-best time of 8:49.1 to finish in fifth.
 
The Jaspers return to the water on May 13 and 14 for the Dad Vail Regatta in Philadelphia, Pa.
