MAAC Release’s Preseason Rowing Polls

Edison, NJ – The Manhattan Women's Rowing team was slated to finish eighth with 29 votes in the annual MAAC Preseason Coaches' Poll, as announced by the league office.
 
Marist was slated to win the MAAC Championship, garnering seven first-place votes and a total of 97 to secure the top spot in the poll. Jacksonville earned the remaining two first-place votes and 89 total in being tabbed second.

Stetson (78) was third, followed by Fairfield (75), Drake (57), Sacred Heart (47), Canisius (41), Manhattan (29), Robert Morris (24), and Iona (13).

The 2022 MAAC Women's Rowing Championship will be hosted on May 15 at Cooper River Park in Pennsauken Township, NJ. Institutions will compete for the conference's automatic qualifier for the 2022 NCAA Division I Rowing Championship.
