Edison, NJ – The Manhattan Women's Rowing team was slated to finish eighth in the annual MAAC Preseason Coaches' Poll, as announced by the league office.
Marist was slated to the win the MAAC Championship, garnering six first-place votes and a total of 95 to secure the top spot in the poll. Jacksonville earned the remaining four first-place votes and 94 total in being tabbed second.
Stetson (77) was third, followed by Drake (69), Robert Morris (50), Fairfield (44), Manhattan (37), Sacred Heart (23) and Iona (10).
The 2020-21 MAAC Women's Rowing Championship will be hosted on May 16 at Cooper River Park in Pennsauken Township, NJ.
