LeFevre said.  “The diversity of the 2015 class in sport disciplines, contributing roles and generations is a credit to the well-roundedness and longevity of our overall athletic program success.”

One of the top sprinters in school history, Karen Chevolleau became the first Manhattan women's runner to qualify for the NCAA Championships (1993 Indoor) in the 55m hurdles. At the time of her graduation, she had a hand in seven school records, three of which still stand.

A three-time All-American, Christer Hagberg was the preeminent thrower in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) during his two seasons in Riverdale from 1996-1998 . After transferring from Central Arizona Junior College, he won a combined 11 MAAC Titles, including claiming top honors in the shot put and the weight throw at the 1998 Indoor Championships before setting meet records in the discus, hammer throw, javelin and shot put at the Outdoor Championships.

Steve Herishen compiled a career record of 76-42-2 and is the only wrestler in school history to win a match at the NCAA Championships. A two-time Team MVP, he won the Conference Championship in 1995 before posting a 5-3 win to advance to the NCAA Division I Round of 16.

Siobhan Kilkenny helped lead Manhattan to the 2003 MAAC Champioinship after averaging 21 points, 9.0 rebounds, 4.5 steals and 3.5 assists per game over three days in March en route to earning Most Outstanding Performer honors. A true all-around player, she recorded over 950 points, 440 rebounds, 220 assists and 210 steals.

Joseph Maguire was one of the finest swimmers in Manhattan College history, holding six school and conference records and was named the 1973 Metropolitan Collegiate Swimming Conference MVP after establishing a league record for highest point score. Since his time in Riverdale, he has become a true American hero serving the United States Navy as a Vice Admiral in 2010 before working as the Deputy Director for Strategic Operational Planning at the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC).

Marty Redmond finished fourth and earned All-American honors at the 1986 Indoor Championships in the 3000 meters (7:59.1) and currently holds three school records. A standout in both track & field and cross country, he won four Metropolitan Championships and also qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 5000 meters.

Goedele 'Luka' VanCauteren led Manhattan to a pair of MAAC Championships and a 51-18 record during her two years in Riverdale. A two-time MAAC Player of the Year, she made an immediate impact in helping the Jaspers to a dominating 30-4 record in 2002 and the program's first championshp before guiding Manhattan to a 21-14 mark and a repeat title in 2003. Arguably the best setter in the history of the program, she graduated with 990 kills, 1,229 assists and 659 digs in just two years.

One of the catalysts of the Manhattan Basketball rebirth of the 1990s, Russ Williams led the Jaspers to a then school-record 25 wins as a senior in 1991-1992, the MAAC Regular Season Championship and a pair of wins in the National Invitational Tournament (NIT).  His play helped establish a culture that resulted in Manhattan reaching the 1993 and 1995 NCAA Tournaments while placing the Jaspers firmly on the national landscape. Williams graduated 15th in school history in scoring and is currently 26th with 1,140 points.

The 37th Manhattan College Athletic Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place on Saturday, November 7.
