Peter Kowal joined the Manhattan athletic staff in August of 2007 as an assistant in the sports information office. Kowal comes to Riverdale after earning a B.S. in sports management from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
While at Xavier, Kowal was an active member of campus while also playing on the practice team for basketball and also playing club baseball for all four years.
Prior to landing at Manhattan, Kowal spent the 2006 summer working in sports finance for CIT, a Fortune 500 financial resource company. Kowal's duties included writing pitch books and research and development for future clients.
A native of New York, Kowal currently resides in the Yonkers.
