WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY FINISHES 6TH AT UNIVERSITY SECTION OF IC4A/ECAC CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS

Riverdale, N.Y. (November 17, 2007) ? Freshmen Adreina Roel and Jelena Rankovic both ran personal records to lead the Manhattan College women's cross country team to a sixth place finish in the University section of the IC IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships at VanCortlandt Park.

Roel ran a 19:12, while Rankovic toured the course in 19:35.  Also results for the Lady Jaspers included: junior Sarah Rogers (19:37); junior Ellen Dobbin (19:47); senior Eryka Perreault (19:55);
junior Melissa Trauscht (20:26); junior Angela Bernarde (20:47); junior Julie Carr (21:23); sophomore Nicole Hallenback (21:28); sophomore Sarah Janssen (22:05).
