The Manhattan College Athletics Department is conducting a raffle at all men's and women's home games. Numerous exciting prizes are available, with the grand prize being a 2005 Dodge Stratus. Tickets are $100 each, but the total number of tickets are limited. The purpose of the raffle is to increase the amount of Manhattan basketball games that are televised on RNN. On February 13th beginning at 2:00pm at the Men's game versus Marist the Manhattan College Alumni Relations Office will team up with Campus Ministry/Social Action, the Peace Studies Department, Athletics, and Student Activities to help with the Tsunami Relief effort by selling "Hands" at the basketball game. The "Hands" will be displayed along the back of the bleachers. There will also be a 50/50 raffle held during game, all proceeds going towards the Tsunami Relief effort.
